Bicycles purchased from Stromvelo Group have priority in the workshop.
Where possible, and depending on demand and season, we also endeavor to process requests from external customers. Please choose the off-season (October to February) for the annual maintenance of your bicycle.

We try to perform emergency repairs (flat tires/change brake pads/change chain) within 48h

==>Brake discs with undersize or worn sprockets require a normal service appointment and can not be brought forward.
