Rental conditions
Rental deposit and monthly instalments
Payment of the rental deposit and the first monthly instalment is due at the beginning of the rental period to Stromvelo GmbH.
Payment of all following monthly instalments have to be made in advance.

Option to purchase
The customer may at any time exercise his right to purchase the E:Bike from Stromvelo GmbH by paying the price of the E:Bike less the rental deposit and all instalments paid to date, plus an handling fee of CHF250.00.

Termination of the rental relationship
The customer may terminate the rental relationship at any time by returning the E:Bike to Stromvelo GmbH.
In case of early termination of the rental relationship, the monthly instalments according to the shorter rental period will be applied.
The customer will get back the rental deposit minus the difference for the higher rental instalments and minus any repair costs required due to damage to the E:Bike.
Rental instalments amount to (as a percentage of the purchase price): 3mt 9%, 6mt 6%, 12mt 5%, 24mt 4%

Delay of payment
Delay of payment of rental instalments automatically terminates the rental relationship between the customer and Stromvelo GmbH.
In this case the customer has to return immediately the E:Bike to Stromvelo GmbH.
The monthly instalments according to the shorter rental period will be applied.
The customer will get back the rental deposit minus the difference for the higher rental instalments and minus any repair costs required due to damage to the E:Bike.

Maintenance
The customer is obliged to have the E:Bike serviced regularly by Stromvelo GmbH. The service charges are to be paid by the customer.

Insurance
The E:Bike is obligatory to be insured by the customer for theft and damages via a liability insurance at replacement value.

Recall policy:
With the order you confirm that you really want the bike/e:bike. You have the opportunity to test many models extensively before purchase. A return/cancellation or a later exchange is not possible.
Collection:
Bikes from stock are usually ready for collection within 10-15 working days from order, depending on the workload of the workshop. Bikes which are not yet in our warehouse will be provided as soon as possible after receipt from the manufacturer.
Payment:
is made via bank transfer before or in cash upon collection.
Warranty:
-New bikes ar under 2 years of warranty
-applicable are the manufacturer's warranty conditions valid at the time of purchase.
Furthermore applicable law:
The Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) applies.

Costs for checking your creditworthiness:
If your creditworthiness is given and the contract is effectively concluded, we bear the costs associated with the credit check.
In the event of a negative reply in regards to your creditworthiness, we will charge part of the costs invoicing the amount of CHF 60.
Tests carried out with the later decision of the customer not to fulfill the contract, will be invoiced at CHF 150.
Period of reflection:
In the case of financing, a 14-day period of reflection applies after conclusion of the contract.
Collection:
Bikes from stock are usually ready for collection after the period of reflection has passed, depending on the workload of the workshop. Bikes which are not yet in our warehouse will be provided as soon as possible after receipt from the manufacturer.
