Recall policy:
With the order you confirm that you really want the bike/e:bike. You have the opportunity to test many models extensively before purchase. A return/cancellation or a later exchange is not possible.
Collection:
Bikes from stock are usually ready for collection within 10-15 working days from order, depending on the workload of the workshop. Bikes which are not yet in our warehouse will be provided as soon as possible after receipt from the manufacturer.
Payment:
is made via bank transfer before or in cash upon collection.
Warranty:
-New bikes ar under 2 years of warranty
-applicable are the manufacturer's warranty conditions valid at the time of purchase.
Furthermore applicable law:
The Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) applies.

Costs for checking your creditworthiness:
If your creditworthiness is given and the contract is effectively concluded, we bear the costs associated with the credit check.
In the event of a negative reply in regards to your creditworthiness, we will charge part of the costs invoicing the amount of CHF 60.
Tests carried out with the later decision of the customer not to fulfill the contract, will be invoiced at CHF 150.
Period of reflection:
In the case of financing, a 14-day period of reflection applies after conclusion of the contract.
