Mietkonditionen

Mietkaution und Monatsraten
Bei Mietbeginn ist die Zahlung der Mietkaution und der ersten Monatsrate an die Stromvelo GmbH fällig.
Zahlung aller folgenden Monatsraten haben jeweils im Voraus zu erfolgen.

Möglichkeit zum Kauf
Der Kunde kann von seinem Recht Gebrauch machen, das E:Bike jederzeit unter Anrechnung der Mietkaution und Bezahlung des Preises des E:Bikes abzüglich aller bereits erfolgten Mietzahlungen zzgl. einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von CHF250.00 von Stromvelo GmbH zu kaufen.

Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses
Der Kunde kann jederzeit das Mietverhältnis durch Rückgabe des E:Bikes an Stromvelo GmbH auflösen.
Bei verfrühter Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses kommen die Monatsraten entsprechend der kürzeren Mietdauer zum Tragen.
Der Kunde erhält die Mietkaution abzüglich der Differenz für die höheren Mietraten und abzüglich allfälliger durch Schäden am E:Bike erforderlichen Kosten für Reparatur zurück.
Mietraten betragen (in Prozent des Kaufpreises): 24mt 4%, 12mt 6%, 6mt 9%, 3mt 12%

Zahlungsverzug
Ein Verzug der Zahlung von Mietraten beendet automatisch das Mietverhältnis zwischen dem Kunden und Stromvelo GmbH.
In diesem Falle hat der Kunde unverzüglich das E:Bike an Stromvelo GmbH zurückzugeben.
Hierbei kommen die Monatsraten entsprechend der kürzeren Mietdauer zum Tragen.
Der Kunde erhält die Mietkaution abzüglich der Differenz für die höheren Mietraten und abzüglich allfälliger durch Schäden am E:Bike erforderlichen Kosten für Reparatur zurück.

Wartung
Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, das E:Bike regelmässig bei Stromvelo GmbH warten zu lassen. Servicekosten gehen zu Lasten des Kunden.

Versicherung
Das E:Bike ist obligatorisch seitens des Kunden für Diebstahl und Schäden über eine Haftpflicht zum Neuwert zu versichern.
